PAYMENTS AND FEES

You can pay for the merchandise by immediate bank transfer, credit card, direct debit, or PayPal.

The merchandise remains property of Go Fashion GmbH until payment in full.

We may cancel an order if the products ordered are sold out. We will then refund any amount paid and notify you about equivalent products if such are available.

We may deny a purchase order for various reasons, for example if you provide incorrect personal data and/or have a record for non-payment of debt.

The prices indicated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website.

All prices are in the EURO and include VAT.

If nothing else is stated on the Website the prices do not include payment- or shipping fees and these are given separately. Please note also that local charges (such as currency conversion fees, credit or bank card fees, sales tax, customs duty etc.) may apply depending on where you live and local regulations. Such charges are at your expense and will not be refunded by us.

 

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You are responsible for that the personal data that you provide us with is correct and complete.

You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details. So make sure that you keep the login details secret and that no unauthorized persons have access to them. Let us know if you suspect that an unauthorized person have obtained access to your login details.

 

DELIVERY

Shipping is handled by DHL Paket GmbH or Österreichische Post AG.

Delivery time is 1 to 4 days after the order. If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturer defects, including damages in transit, please report such defects to us immediately. Failure to report defects will have no effect on your legal claims.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You must request your Returns Number (RN) within 14 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your RN number, for a refund of the value of the item only. Customers whose return packages arrive past the set period of 14 days will receive a gift card of the corresponding value.
 
Orders should be returned to:
Ringstraßen-galerien, Kärntner Ring 9-13/Top 30 1010 Vienna Austria. 
 
Items should be returned unused and with all Shikimiki and/or designer garment tags still attached, from the original delivery country.
 
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
 
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
 
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. 
 
In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
 
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the goods.
 
All items returned should have a Return Number (RN) to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
 
COLORS
 
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Shikimiki online store. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
 

MISCELLANEOUS

Austrian law applies to all contracts and agreements between the customer and SHIKIMIKI, to the exclusion of the UN CISG.

The venue for any disputes is Vienna.
